We are currently looking for candidates for the following position:

Account Specialist

The Account Specialist ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. First point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc. Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service. This is a key position which commands a well-organized self-starter with computer capabilities and sales/order analysis experience. This high energy individual will play an integral role in developing this area for American Tombow at an entry level position with growth potential. The position operates in the dynamic central point of this process where effective communication, attention to detail, and a customer centered focus are required.

 Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensure all web retail, all eCommerce drop ships, and all marketplace orders are imported/entered/processed with packing slips printed when applicable
  • Assist with manual order entry for reseller, wholesale, and distributors POs
  • Handle all incoming email/tickets for customer service and answer all incoming phone calls for customer service
  • Process all web retail, eCommerce drop ship, and marketplace returns/return to sender packages including 60-day Satisfaction Guarantee claims 
  • Perform other duties as assigned, as well as duties that are unique and/or specific to assigned department.

 Education and Experience:

  • Two (2) years or more of Order Processing experience
  • Two-year degree or equivalent experience
  • Intermediate understanding of inventory such as On Hand, Available to ship (Warehouse Pick Quantity)
  • Experience in transportation or warehousing a plus

Business Systems Knowledge:

  • Intermediate skill of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding and ability to navigate on a Window PC, internet and email software
  • Microsoft Dynamics NAV
  • Ticketing System
