Tombow Lifetime Guarantee: Executive/Gift Writing Instruments
All Tombow executive/gift writing instruments are unquestionably guaranteed against mechanical failure due to faulty materials or workmanship, regardless of age. In the unlikely event of such a defect, any Tombow product or part requiring service will be repaired or replaced without charge when returned to the Tombow Service Center.

Ink Refills, fountain pen nibs, leads and erasers exhausted in the course of normal use are excluded from this warranty. Also excluded are parts damaged from impact, unreasonable use, or obvious abuse. The use of items other than genuine Tombow refills and accessories may be detrimental to the proper functioning of the writing instrument and will invalidate this warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have other rights which vary from state to state and country to country.
Please send defective product in a padded envelope, via traceable shipping method.
