The outlined Terms of Use establishes legally binding terms for your use of TombowUSA.com (TombowUSA). By using TombowUSA, you agree to be bound by these terms, including our policy for acceptable use, your rights, obligations and restrictions. American Tombow, Inc. may modify the Terms of Use from time to time without notice and such modification shall be effective upon posting on the TombowUSA website. You agree to be bound to any changes to the terms when you use the TombowUSA Website after any such modification is posted.

 

Communication

By visiting TombowUSA or sending e-mails to us, you are initiating electronic communication, thereby consenting to communications from us electronically by e-mail and agree that all communications provided to you electronically satisfy any legal requirements for communications in writing.

 

Your Account

When you register, you will create a username and password. The username selected must be unique and acceptable to TombowUSA.  Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the username and password. TombowUSA reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders or terminate accounts without notice at their sole discretion.

 

Privacy

Our website does have the ability to store user information for future visits, however credit card and personal information is not stored on our web servers.  TombowUSA will not sell or exchange your contact information and will use it only for updating you with new product and promotional opportunities.  You will have the option to unsubscribe should you not wish to receive correspondence.

 

Returns & Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase with your original receipt or packing slip. Claims for items damaged in transit or items missing from shipment must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. All returns and exchanges must be in original condition. Please read instructions for returning an item below. American Tombow, Inc. reserves the right to deny any return or exchange if all conditions are not met or charge a 15% restocking fee. Credit will be applied to the credit card with which the original purchase was made. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.

 

How to return or exchange an item:

  • You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by calling Customer Service at 800-835-3232 or 678-318-3344.  Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.  Please repack the products carefully to avoid damage in transit.
  • The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number.  Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.  We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

TombowUSA strives for complete accuracy, however does not warranty that product descriptions and/or other content within this site is completely error-free.  If a product received is not as described, your sole option is to return the product in unused condition.
